Conservation Areas

The Conservation Area in Thrapston stretches along Huntingdon Road and through the High Street. It also encompasses Market Road. Please look at the map to see the extent of the area.

The Conservation Area is very important and imposes a number of additional controls within it. These include:

- all property extensions including conservatories
- TV and satellite aerials
- tree work
- permission required for demolition of a property.
